Emmerling Ice Cream at 932 Pennsylvania 910, Cheswick, Pennsylvania.

I wanted so much to five-star this place, but unfortunately a couple of things didn't go that well. It's a nice family-run establishment and they do a good job with service. We arrived at 9 p.m. to get ice cream before they closed at 10; it seems that normally they offer ice water to customers who stay and eat at their tables after they order their ice cream. Unfortunately the cooler was out of water an hour before closing, and the owner just didn't want to refill it even though I asked about it (and even brought the cooler to the service window). The cappuccino ice cream made by Hershey's that they serve there isn't very good, and unfortunately it doesn't taste anything like any form of coffee. The owner was very friendly and allowed me to replace the ice cream that I didn't like with a different flavor. I thought it was definitely an indicator of very good customer service.
